04Delivery

How delivery works

The same operating model applies to every track, so your department knows what to expect before signing anything.

Format
Live guided sessions plus independent practice. On campus or online, whichever suits your calendar.
Session length
Typically 90 minutes, once or twice a week, scheduled around your timetable.
Cohort size
Minimum 100 students. Larger batches are split into manageable sections.
Tools
Free tiers throughout — Python, VS Code or Colab, GitHub and free LLM access. No paid software required.
Assessment
Weekly practice completion plus a final project review where students explain their own work.
Reporting
Attendance, weekly completion and a project overview handed to the college at the end.

05Prerequisites

Prerequisites at a glance

No prior coding

Tracks 1 & 5

Suitable for any branch and any year. Students need only basic computer familiarity — opening files, using a browser and typing comfortably.

Some Python

Track 2

Students should be able to write a loop and a function, even slowly. Track 1 covers this if your batch is not there yet.

Comfortable coding

Tracks 3 & 4

Students should be able to read and debug their own Python. Track 4 additionally assumes they have already built something using an LLM API.

A note on placing students

Putting a student in a track above their level is the most common reason a cohort underperforms. If your batch is mixed, we would rather split it into two tracks than push everyone into one.

Pricing terms

Prices are indicative per student for college-paid cohorts. Final terms are confirmed in a formal quotation. Payment schedule is agreed with the college before the programme starts.

Questions about the programmes

Which track should we choose for first-year students?

Most colleges start first-year students on Track 1 (Basic Python Programming) or Track 5 (No-Code / Low-Code AI Tools). Track 1 suits CSE and IT branches; Track 5 suits Mechanical, Civil, EEE and management students who want practical AI skills without heavy coding.

What is the difference between Track 6 and the Tier 5 bundle?

They cover the same ground and cost the same. Track 6 is listed as a single 16-week programme for colleges that want to buy one continuous course; Tier 5 is the same content packaged as five separate tracks, which is easier to spread across two semesters.

Can we mix tracks across different branches in one cohort?

Yes. A common arrangement is Track 3 for CSE and IT students running alongside Track 5 for other branches in the same semester. Pricing is calculated per student per track, so mixed cohorts are straightforward to quote.

Do students need prior programming knowledge?

Not for Tracks 1, 2 and 5. Track 3 assumes students can write basic Python, and Track 4 assumes they have already built something with an LLM. If your students do not meet that bar, we will recommend starting a level lower rather than pushing them through.

Are the prices per student or for the whole batch?

All listed prices are per student, for cohorts of at least 100 students. The final quotation confirms the total based on your actual enrolment and the payment schedule agreed with the college.

What happens if a student misses sessions?

Session materials and practice work remain available to the cohort, so students can catch up. However, attendance strongly affects whether a student finishes their project, and our completion reports show attendance honestly rather than rounding it up.
