This policy explains what personal information Trivo AI Labs collects through trivoailabs.com, why we collect it and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through the enquiry form on our contact page. That is your name, your college name, your work email address, and optionally your phone number, the programme you are interested in and any message you write.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for your college
• To arrange scheduling and delivery if your college goes ahead with a cohort
• To keep a record of enquiries and agreements for our own business records

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone
• We do not share it with third parties for marketing
• We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking

Student data during a cohort

When a college engages us, we process student attendance and project completion records so that we can report back to the institution. That data is shared with the contracting college and is not used for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant. Cohort records are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for reference and accreditation support.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@trivoailabs.com. We will action the request and confirm once it is done.

Hosting and form handling

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling before reaching our inbox. Their infrastructure may process data outside India.
