One room. Three ability levels.
Every project has a mandatory Baseline that every student completes, plus optional Plus and Edge features. Strong students become cohort captains.
- Baseline — Mandatory. Passes check.py. Required for the viva floor.
- Plus — Pick exactly one. Instructor sign-off before starting.
- Edge — Advanced. Captains take these; they handle first-line questions.
Finishing beats ambition. Scope is cut until it works — every time.
