What actually happens on the day

Every demo is structured the same way — build first, explain second, pitch last.

1

Setup (15 min)

Wi-fi check, browser open, no installs needed

2

Build (90 min)

Students build the thing, live, in their own browsers

3

Show & tell (30 min)

Volunteers share what they built. Audience reacts.

4

One slide (4 min)

What a full programme looks like. No hard sell.

What we need from you

We bring everything. You bring the students.

  • A room with a projector or large screen
  • Campus wi-fi (or we bring a hotspot for Demo 1)
  • A student list so we can prepare interest forms
  • 2.5–3 hours on a day that suits your calendar

We handle slides, infrastructure, facilitation, and follow-up. You get a room, we deliver the session.

After the demo day

  • Interest forms stay with you (not us)
  • We send a one-page summary within 48 hours
  • If students want the full programme, we send a short proposal
  • No commitment unless you sign a pilot agreement
  • First cohort: staged payment with a mid-point stop
